Coming soon will be a video feature of my training group "American Distance Project" headed by Coach Simmons. Enjoy this snippet/preview of what's to come!
This video comes from the Mt. Sac Relays 10k in the Invitational race where I was able to lead literally 99% of the race and hang on for the win. Its a long video so I won't be upset if you fast forward, it is afterall a 10k on the track. Also, I do not live in Minnesota, I've been confused with another athlete who has the same last name who resides there and happens to be pretty fast as well!
