Great coverage by the local newspaper here. Its not too often that news coverage will post you on the front page for distance events so I was pretty pumped to get this in the mail. Feeling good now and really starting to get in good shape so by the time the North American Central American and Caribbean Mountain Running Championships (NACAC) come along I will be ready to run a strong race. Happy that Canada has opted to host the Championship once again. They have hosted twice out of the last 3 years and done a great job so looking forward to explore yet a new location in Canada and another mountain I have not explored.
