*2003 USA Junior National Team for Pan American Track and Field Championships (3k Steeplechase)...Barbados

*2008 USA Mountain Running Team for World Mountain Running Trophy...Crans-Montana, Switzerland

In doing so, I became the first Black American to make a USA National Mountain Running Team

Won 2008 USATF Mountain Runner of the Year

*2009 USA National Team for NACAC Mountain Running Championships...North Conway, NH

*2009 USA Mountain Running Team for World Mountain Running Championship...Campodolcino, Italy

Became the first Black American to win a USA National Mountain Running Championship

Won 2009 USATF Mountain Runner of the Year 2 years consecutively

*2010 USA National Team for NACAC Mountain Running Championship...Canmore, Canada

In winning the event I became the first male athlete to have multi wins at the NACAC!

*2010 USA World Mountain Running Team...Kamnik, Slovenia

Team won first ever Men's Silver Medal

Placed 10th individually, highest finish since the Championship has become IAAF Sanctioned and recognized as a World Championship at the time

*2011 USA National Team for NACAC Mountain Running Championship...Ajicic, Mexico
Gold Medal! Became first athlete to win the NACAC Championship 3 times and in 3 different countries (Mexico, Canada x2, USA). Team won the Bronze medal.

*2011 USA World Mountain Running Team...Tirana, Albania
4th Place Team. 11th place individually. Marks my fourth consecutive World Team and fourth consecutive top 16 finish at the World Championships

*2012 USA NACAC Team...West Vancouver, Canada
Won my 4th Consecutive NACAC Title. Team won Silver Medal
